Return policy
Return processing (returns cannot be made under normal circumstances)

Please check the product immediately after receiving it.

If you find any defects in the new and normal use condition, please inform us within 2 days after receiving the product.

Attach a picture and describe the defect in detail and we'll take care of it right away,

Please do not send the product back by yourself (we will also check the integrity of the product in detail before the product is shipped),

and the defective product is mainly replaced with a new product.

 

Defect standard:

1. Non-artificial damage

2. Large-area damage caused by non-human factors

Please maintain the integrity of the new delivery of the product (including the outer box, accessories, manual, etc.)

when returning the product.

If the outer box or accessories are not retained,

the return application cannot be accepted.

 

The returned product must be returned within 5 days after receiving the product.

If it exceeds 5 days, it will not be accepted. If the time limit is exceeded, the product will still be sent back.

We will send you the non-returnable goods back to the original address on the order after collecting the postage from you.

 

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons: personal cognitive differences,

photo color differences (each computer has different color rendering and everyone has different definitions of color),

size differences (detailed sizes are provided in the store)
